Includem is committed to helping when no-one else can. After all, the times when young people are most at risk are often those times when other support isn’t available – evenings and weekends, for example.
To make sure we offer support at the times of greatest need, we offer young people free access to our 24/7 local service helplines.
The major benefit of this is that we alleviate the risk of the young person harming either themselves or other people – and help ensure they can remain in the community. Fundamentally, it’s about keeping the young person, their family and the wider community safe.
When a crisis happens, we’re experienced in de-escalating the situation. We also liaise effectively with other professionals, such as social workers, police and emergency services.
