We’re thrilled to announce that Includem is a partner in delivering an exciting new project – and we’re looking for an exceptional Project Development Manager to lead it!
We believe that children and young people in care have the right to live within a loving and nurturing environment. However, the notion of love has to some extent become mistrusted in the care sector and workers and key stakeholders alike can be uncertain about how it can most effectively be used to create a loving ear for children and young people in care.
That’s why Includem, Aberlour Child Care Trust, the Care Inspectorate, and CELCIS have joined forces to explore where ‘love’ and relationships sit within the care system. We also want to see if guidance could be developed that would help those working in the care sector to understand how to apply these ideas to their everyday work and, ultimately, improve outcomes for young people.
The project, funded by Life Changes Trust, will run for three years in the Aberdeen and Fife areas. This is an exciting, challenging piece of work, so the partners are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Project Development Manager to take it forward.
If you think you’re the right person for the job, you can apply by visiting Aberlour’s website HERE.
Deadline Monday 5th November.
