After 8 years of leadership, includem today (Friday 7th November), announces that Martin Dorchester, Chief Executive Officer of includem, has stepped down from the role with immediate effect for health reasons.
Recruitment will begin shortly for his permanent successor; however, in the meantime, includem’s Board of Trustees have arranged for an interim leadership team to oversee day-to-day operations.
Includem’s Senior Management Team and the Board are fully engaged and committed to maintaining operational continuity and supporting includem’s staff team.
Commenting on today’s announcement, outgoing Chief Executive Officer, Martin Dorchester said:

“Being a part of this team has been the greatest privilege of my career. Working with children, young people, and families has been both humbling and amazing. I am deeply grateful for your trust and collaboration. Your support has been central to everything we have achieved together.
