Donna Bell CBE Welcomed by includem

We are delighted to congratulate our Board Trustee, Donna Bell on being awarded a CBE in the King’s Birthday Honours List for public service.

Donna is the Director of Social Care and National Care Service Development at the Scottish Government where she has worked since 2002. Donna has led on several Scottish Government policy areas including Covid Response, Mental Health, Police, Improvement, Attainment and Wellbeing in Learning, Early Years and Youth Justice.

For over 20 years Donna has been involved in shaping some of the most difficult policy areas and since joining our board has brought her extensive knowledge and experience to help us improve the lives of the children, young people, and families we support across Scotland.

“I was surprised, but really delighted, to be recognised in the Kings Birthday Honours 2023. To be recognised by the people I have worked with over the past 20 years is wonderful and I have had many lovely congratulatory messages.”
