News & Stories

We believe that all children and young people should have a voice. Behind every child or young person we work with there is a story, which they are best placed to tell. They might not have decided the beginning, or the middle, but they can re-write the ending.

Keeping Connected Launches in Fife

We are excited to announce that referrals are now open for our new Keeping Connected service in Fife.

Keeping Connected offers, a range of support to children and young people aged 10-25 (or 26 if care experienced) across Fife who may require some additional support around their mental health and wellbeing.

Our new service – which is available 7 days a week from 8am-10pm – will support children and young people through 1-1 visits which will help identify what support they feel would benefit them to help improve their mental health and wellbeing – such as attending new groups or clubs. The team will also link in with other supportive people in a child or young person’s life including their family and school.

Keeping Connected will take referrals from the following:

  • A self-referral from a child, young person or family member.
  • From our partners in the CAMHS primary mental health team.
  • Our Minds Matter pupil support officers.
  • Young people on the child wellbeing pathway can also be referred into our service by the relevant person.

To refer to our service, you can get in touch with the team by calling our enquiries line 0800 689 0030. You will be asked to leave basic information including your name and number and someone from the team will call you back.

Change a life today.
Our young people and families need your help today, more than ever.
