We believe that all children and young people should have a voice. Behind every child or young person we work with there is a story, which they are best placed to tell. They might not have decided the beginning, or the middle, but they can re-write the ending.
We are delighted to give the following updates on our services in Aberdeen and Dundee:
From the 2nd of October 2022, we will work with Aberdeen City Council over the next three years (with the option for a further two) to provide Intensive Support Services for children, young people and families in Aberdeen who are at risk of being removed from their family networks. This continues the fantastic work our Aberdeen team has been doing in the city since 2015.
In Dundee, we are excited to be working collaboratively with the Longhaugh Support Group; the Children and Families Social Work teams and mainstreams schools across Dundee to provide holistic support for primary age children with complex social and emotional needs; and those of their parents/carers. This new service continues our relationship with Longhaugh Support Group after a pilot project was carried out in 2021.
