Family Wellbeing Support Worker
Location: Glasgow – Various Surgeries across the Glasgow area
Hours: Full-time at 37 hours (5 days over 7 between 8am – 10pm)
Contract: Permanent in line with funding
Salary: £29,166.00 per annum

Includem is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Family Wellbeing Support Worker to join our team within selected GP practices across Glasgow. This role is part of a multi-agency approach, providing tailored support to children, young people, and parents/carers in a family-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed manner. Working closely with families, you’ll help increase resilience, strengthen family relationships, and improve health and wellbeing.
