The Role – HR Advisor
Location: Glasgow (with travel to includem offices as required)
Salary: £35,000 p/a
Hours: 35 hours per week (9am – 5pm; Mon-Fri)
Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (12-months)
We are recruiting an enthusiastic and self-motivated HR Advisor who will provide invaluable support to managers and staff across includem whilst working closely with HR colleagues. You will cover a full generalist remit ranging from the design and delivery of training, to providing advice on complex employee relation matters. About You
With proven experience as an HR Advisor, you will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources, with demonstrable experience in supporting complex employee relations casework.
