Since 2000, includem has grown and developed a wide range of services and projects for children, young people, and families across Scotland. Initially focussed on bridging the gap between social care and justice services, we have expanded our offering of specialist support not just for young people in conflict with the law but for families as well.
We work with children and young people in care, and their caregivers, as well as supporting those facing challenges with education, their mental health or transitioning to adulthood. Regardless of who we are supporting, our commitment to relationship-based, 24/7 support, remains unchanged.

The Role – L&D Business Partner
Location: Glasgow (with travel to includem offices as required)
Salary: £39,520 p/a
Hours: 35 hours per week (9 am – 5 pm; Mon-Fri)
Contract Type: 12-month FTC
We are recruiting an engaging and self-motivated L&D Business Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract, who will provide invaluable support to the HR Manager in driving the implementation of the HR strategy by leading the development and execution of key L&D initiatives. You will also be responsible for engaging with line managers and the wider HR team to identify training needs and collaborate closely with the Trainer to create and provide learning initiatives to ensure the workforce possess the necessary skills and capabilities to meet the evolving needs of the organisation. With proven experience as an L&D Business Partner, you will have a broad knowledge of learning and development, with demonstrable experience in the design and facilitation of L&D initiatives.
