Who We Are

We are a Scottish charity that works to transform the lives of children, young people and families.

We know that sometimes, not everything goes to plan and that other factors outwith your control can get in the way – this won’t stop us from giving you the very best support.

Our support will be tailored to your needs and requirements – whether that’s working to build your confidence, increase your life skills or working to make you more independent.

We’re here for you!

What We Will Do

Our new Employability Project will work to support you if you have left school during Christmas 2024 or leaving school this summer.

Our Family Support Workers will listen to you and support you to think about what you want to next and the steps you need to achieve it.

How Will We Do It?

Your Family Support Worker will meet with you and your family at a time that works best for you between 8am and 10pm.

We can meet you at home or even in your community, it’s up to you to tell us what will work best for you.

We will use our very own toolkit – called A Better Life – to get to know you and to help you set goals and for what you want to get out of our support.

You can find out more about how we work here.

What is Employability?

Employability support places you at the centre of the design and delivery of the support you will receive from includem.

You can find out more about the No One Left Behind strategy here.
